Linda Hayes

Winter Love: A Guide to Senior Dating tells you the red flags that predict a bad experience. It also walks you through how to act on a first date. By act, I mean what to wear, where to meet and how to carry on a good conversation.

Online dating has become a real problem with more pitfalls than good experiences. I give advice on how to get the good out of the bad and which dating sites are the most helpful.

About Linda

Linda Hayes is an award-winning author who has been giving advice for most of her life. This is her first full-length book. She was coerced into writing it by her many senior friends who were having trouble finding the love of their life.

Writing this book was really fun. Everyone who has read it says that they got a lot of laughs from the true-life stories I included. The whole reason I wrote it was because of so many friends telling me of how hard it was to date and the problems with online dating, people lying and the ones who only want to text and never meet in person. We are too old to waste time on people like that!

Several of my married friends have read the book and all agree that the advice I give on keeping the love strong is good for everyone. Married, dating, or in a committed relationship. I’ve been surprised at how many have bought extra copies to give to friends and relatives. Give the book a try, I think you will like it.

True Calling

The true calling of her life came in 1989 when she began raising llamas. The heat in TX was too much for the woolly darlings so she packed up kit and caboodle and moved to the mountains near Carbondale, CO. Five years ago, age got the best of her. She sold her last llama and moved to Prescott, AZ where she dances and plays Pickleball like a normal person.
